Dr. Alagia is one of the smartest doctors I have ever been to. He is a good listener, knows his stuff and really does care. I have heard good reviews of the other doctors in his office as well. I live in DC and do not think twice about having to drive out to McLean to see him because I trust him so much. He also makes himself super accessible by giving you his email address for little minor emergencies or questions that may come up. I love having that access and he replies super fast sometimes on his blackberry — I love having a doctor who is reachable.
