Villas At Stonebridge Ranch

The Villas at Stonebridge Ranch is a great apartment community. I have lived here for 3 years. 1 year in a one bedroom, and it’s been 2 years since I’ve upgraded to the two bedroom. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I know a lot of people say that, but as someone who has lived in a lot of apartments, most of the time they are staffed with sales-​people who are only interrested in the business of «moving units,» and couldnt care less about you after you’ve signed the lease. With the Villas of Stonebridge Ranch this is NOT the case. They remember my name, ask about my family, and are always quick to help me with anything I need. I have had very few issues to contact maintenace about, but in those instances they have been nothing but friendly, speedy, and profesional. Parking can be dicey around some buildings if you get home later in the evening (my building anyway). The apartments themselves are very well built and I never hear any noise from my next door or upstairs neighbors (I’m on the bottom floor). My neighbors are all very friendly. Shopping, major roads, and even emergency services are all very close. The Villas at Stonebridge Ranch is just about the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in.
