Armstrong McCall

It is really frustrating to go into a «For Professional Only» supply shop like Armstrong McCall looking for the products that they have advertised in their supply sales advertisement and find that they are out. Not only that, it seems like every time I visit, regardless of what I am looking for, they are out. I don’t think that it is too much to ask for a business that supplies professionals is properly stocked with the products THEY ADVERTISE they have! I decided not to by several other items from them because I can find them at a better stocked store either in Dallas or at their competitors like RDA ProMart. I prefer to support local businesses and business owners, but I can’t do that when those businesses are so poorly stocked on staple items that they are advertising! Inventory management is an essential skill that every business has to have or they miss opportunities and that opportunity has passed and I will likely never shop from them again because of it.
