Natalie was so nice! Very professional and clean environment. There are stairs so if you’re unable to climb stairs you might want to check about accommodations. I had a massage, mani/​pedi, and facial. All were top notch!

I always have a great experience when I visit this spa. The service is outstanding and the place is always clean. I have had Swedish massages and pedicures in the past.
The prices are more reasonable than most spa establishments. I would recommend 100%.

My boyfriend and I just went here for a romantic Couples Massage and it was awesome! The place is very cool and relaxing. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Wait time was under 5 mins and we even arrived a little early. Natalie worked on me while another very friendly masseuse massaged my boyfriend right next to me. We both agreed that we got the best massages ever! Super wonderful, relaxing and worth every penny! After our wonderful massages, we were lead to a relaxation room with awesome reclining chairs and a warm welcoming feeling. We had wine, cheese, and crackers. I also had two roses that I got to take home. A Step Above Day Spa is fantastic and I highly recommend it! We will definitely be back very soon!!!
