We also guarantee the system will maintain a level of 4 pCi/​L of less for 10 years from the date of installation, provided no home changes/​modifications were made and the fan is operating correctly. Since 1991, Radon Solutions, Inc. has provided radon solutions for homes and businesses in the Shenandoah Valley and Central Virginia region, including the Charlottesville metro. Established in 2002 by owner, Dan Pickett, Radon Solutions, Inc. has grown to be a full-​service Radon Reduction contractor. Our success is built on our ability to satisfy home buyers, sellers and agents with speedy estimates and installations that will not delay real estate transactions or interfere with closing dates. Business Owner

Dan Pickett began his work in Radon Mitigation in the early 90s when radon testing was fairly new. He learned quickly how to reduce radon to safe levels in homes and buisinsses — and used his creativity to design well-​hidden radon mitigation systems. In his 21+ years in the business, Dan has installed over 2,000 custom radon mitigation systems. He enjoys working with property owners to make their surroundings safe for a lifetime.
