The Walgreens itself is okay. The floor clerks are kind and pleasantly helpful and I’ve always successfully found whatever particular flyer or sale item I was looking for at the time. They all have knowledge of how to ring up discounts and coupons, which is sometimes difficult to find. The pharmacy is another story. What a joke. The head pharmacist Kanesha K. is one of the most impatient and unkind people I have ever dealt with. Three times she told me she had called the doctor to get a refill put through and when I called the doctor’s office they had not heard from them at all. She again lied today saying a medicine was a generic and then saying in the next breath«there is no generic» for that. She interrupts when she things she should talk. She gets louder rather than explaining things in simple language. I am not a pharmacist, I do not deal with insurance companies on a daily basis or know how their terminology works. Perhaps she would like to come to my job and ask questions so that I could answer them rather than scream the same thing over and over using the same terms. And… I have never been able to pick up medicine, even an automatic refill, in under 25 minutes. Why bother with automatic refills if it takes just as long to get them filled in person? So, THREESTARS. The Walgreens portion is great. The pharmacy part is a nightmare.

I like this walgreens. When I lived across the street from them for the past 2 decades, I only went to that location. They always have what I need and the employees and customer service is fantastic. They have great deals.
