Had a 2:30 apt. when I got to the office it was packed maybe 30 people. A note says that there are multiple doctors and you will see people who got there after you go ahead of you. I hoped that they meant that patients would go thru fast because of so many doctors. Well I was wrong. At 3:45 I asked what was going on? Well the doctor is backed up & he has 3 people ahead of me. tried waiting until I blew my cork @ 4:30.2 hours wait is unacceptable .If they are that backed up then call the people & say come an hour later. OUR TIME IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS THEIRS!!! They also have a form that takes close to 20 minutes to fill out. I highly recommend that you call to see how late they are running. I left before my name was called & would never go back to them EVER!!! Also when I told them to cancel my copay the nurse whined that it was not her fault. YES IT WAS-​The whole office fails when someone who is sick has to go thru this.
