AWFUL Company! Tried to SCAM me into paying for pens. very sneaky! Do not trust! We ordered some lovely pens from them earlier this year. My very annoying Myron Account Rep called about a month after delivery with a «special» deal. He said the price could be locked in now, if we needed more pens later in the year. Fair enough, we bought plenty, but they were nice pens, Never know if i would need more. He said he would put in an order for about 200 more and he’d call me in Nov to see if i needed them and they would be moved to production but if i didnt he could cancel the order Again. good deal. I get a call in SEPTEMBER stating…“I just would like to inform you that your pens are on the production floor and will be done soon”
EXCUSE ME? 1) Never called to ask if i needed them 2) Told me he’d «see what he could do about canceling the order» because it was already being processed.
Told them to never call me again and i would inform all colleagues and anyone who will listen to NOT use this company. 4imprint is so much better.
Update: the little weasel tried to call someone else in my office to solicit and they of course tried to forward him to me… but he said nevermind

After four emails and two phone calls to approve work on a product the wrong product was shipped. While talking to customer service they told me there was balance, they had a promotion and I payed in full so there should not have been. So if you want to waste your time ordering a product, waste your time with approval department, and then be asked to spend more after the product was shipped. This is the right place. Two stars because they seem to want to remedy the order.

I bought some pens for my Father’s company under my business address.
I have now been receiving Solicitations from MANY businesses addressed to my Father’s Company at MY address (So I KNOW it was Myron that sold my information, since I have never ordered anything for my father’s company from my business address). I contacted Myron and nothing was done. They said they do not sell peoples information, but apologized that this has happened. I asked them if this information is not safe, then how can financial information be safe? VERY dishonest company and yet the product was good. DO NOT TRUST THEM

We bought some pens from Myron 2 years ago. The pens work great the only problem we had was that the clip part was inexpensive and would fall off easily.
We got calls a couple of times a month which were annoying, until we finally told them to stop calling or we won’t buy anymore at all.
We’ve gotten some samples from Myron since, and the newly designed clips don’t have the same issues. The new lighted pen samples have been great. Today, a year or more after they stopped calling, we got a call from a sales rep and we ordered 350 pens since we’ve been impressed the new offerings.
The pens without the grip, although looking very nice, slip in your hand. If Myron starts making a lighted pen tip with a grip and stylus on the other end we would be all over it and would probably change this rating to a 5 star.

I cannot speak for their products, but the telemarketing team that does their dirty work are vile monsters. I am about to start the process of filing a law suit against Myron Corporation. After months of constant harassment through the day on a daily basis, interrupting my job at my workplace and causing emotional distress, one of their reps recently crossed the line into personal and sexual harassment. No need to reply to me or this complaint on Unilocal– you’ll be hearing from my lawyer soon enough!

I was advised by my sale person to specifically pick a particular lighted pen so that the silver laser etching would match the silver on the pens. He was totally incorrect!!! He guaranteed the laser etching would in fact be silver. Now I have a 100 lighted pens, with brass laser etching and Myron can’t do anything about correcting the problem. Not to mention, I ordered the pens in Nov. 2013 and I was suppose to get the pens before Christmas and didn’t receive them until Jan. 2014…100% NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
