The food is really great. The portion sizes are large for the enchilada dinner. I like the salsa bar. The veggies always seem to be fresh and the cheese is real (a pet peeve of mine).
I did see a sign last time I ate there that they offer a school discount, but I forgot to ask about the details.
I gave it 4 stars because once I went there about 20 minutes before they closed and they didn’t mention to me before I paid that we wouldn’t be able to eat there. I don’t take long to eat, but it was extremely disappointing because they are located in the mall nowhere near the food court. It is simply not good customer service to neglect to inform your customers that they will not be permitted to dine in before they pay.

The burritos are great! Fountain drink perfectly done. Prices aren’t bad at all.
Employees are super nice! Veterans get a 10% discount which they very happily give. My husbands hand was shaken and he was thanked for his service! We will definitely go back even if we aren’t shopping at the mall. A top notch place!

Great food at Zona. freshly made. really nice people working there. one night I got take out. Big salad with chicken. I could not belive how nicely it was all presented at Zona.
most places it looks like they played foot ball with your order first and shook it upside down.
Zona does a beautiful job it was all appitizing and the food is mile high! The guacamole dip is Incredible
go for that too… free chips are served hot and tasty. ita really ckean there too.
I love Zona!
They also have a rewards card too.

The ingredients are fresh, but that’s the best part. The tacos are pretty average tasting if you ask me. Definitely better than taco bell, but I rather go to Moes than this place. moes has better tasting salsa and way bigger portions. Zona does have comfortable seating though and big screen tvs

Actually a pretty good spot inside the mall. Definitely better than Taco Bell or Moes! The chips has always been fresh and crispy, every time I go. Best of all: unlimited chips as well! They have a great salsas to choose from, habanero is the best and not as spicy as you would think. Their quesadillas are what you would normally have, with meats that’s more shredded to get a flatter quesadilla. My favorite and in addition with some Tabasco on top, it all makes a great lunch!
My favorite part: they play some real Spanish music in the background, making me feel like I’m back in Dominican Republic!

A pretty good little place in the mall. Hubby and I went for a late lunch and each had the Zone, which comes with chicken or beef, a salad, pico de gallo, beans and rice. You get your choice of pinto or black beans, and white or brown rice. I really liked having those options at a fast serve place. They also give you chips and salsa to nibble while you wait for your meal to be freshly prepared, but the wait was almost nonexistent. The servers were friendly, helpful and patient as we were deciding what to have. The salad dressing was a little heavy and too tart, but went well with the meal: next time I’ll ask for it on the side. I do, however, wish they had more gluten-​free choices. Why can’t they have gluten-​free wraps or burritos now that they’re available everywhere else?

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!! This is the first time in my life I have ever gotten food poisoning from a restaurant and it was the most painful, awful experience of my life. Please do not go here unless you want horrible horrible pain!

Went to the mall today and on my way out stopped here at Zona Fresca
So much better than regular mall standard fast food! I ordered the chicken quesadilla with peppers and onions and everything was so fresh plus it came out so quick! It comes with chips guacamole and sour cream I couldn’t finish it all! So delicious and for so cheap!
Also the staff was ever so friendly and helped me with every question I had! Never have I felt so comfortable at a new restaurant for the first time.
I will be visiting again!
