The STAR Tech Healing and Learning Center is dedicated to teaching the world how to heal itself, one body at a time. We offer exercise and yoga classes, and workshop on self-​healing.

On-​Going Classes:

Full Body Active Stretching for EveryBODY led by Barry Bailey, MS, LMT, Active Stretching Instructor/​Coach

7:30 am Monday,

6:30 pm Wednesday,

9:30 am Thursday,

Class is one hour long. First class is FREE.

Svaroopa Yoga led by Steve Thoman, R.Y.T.

9:15 am Wednesday,

7:45 pm Wednesday.

Class is 90 minutes long with a 30 minute additional optional meditation session in the morning class.

History

Established in 2004.

The Learning Center began as a place to teach Active Stretching classes, and has expanded to include Svaroopa Yoga plus workshops and classes teaching the general public methods of self care and self-​pain relief.

Barry is a certified and licensed Massge Therapist, in business since 1992. He has a degree in Education and has been teaching professionally since 1969.
