We are a Cruise Specialty travel agency, we work with all the major cruise lines and some of the smaller niche lines that offer outstandng service to our clients. In the recent past we have arranged cruises for a wedding of 34 cabins, a family reunion to Alaska, a short 5 day get-​a-​way to the Caribbean and almost everything in between.

All of our cruise specialists have received the most pretigiuos training certificated from both Princess Cruise Lines and Cunard and work diligently each year to remain current with them.

Although we are a cruise speciality agency we do maintain a strong working relationship with a number of land vacation locations and vendors. We are able to assist you plan your Disney vacation or the once in a life time trip to Europe or the South Pacific.

Cruises By Capt Jack is a home-​based Travel Agency specializing in cruise vacations. We first opened as a part of a National Franchise, CruiseHolidays and for 7 years operated a storefront location in Arlington. Four years ago we choose to become a home based agency to better provide quality service to our clients.

Just over 10 years ago, after retiring as a Police Chief, I opend Cruise Holidays of Arlington, a franchised cruise only travel agency. During the past ten years I have seen huge changes in the travel industry, less importance placed on brick and mortar locations and more placed on the quality of service received by the client.

Three years ago as my franchise contract appraoched renewal I moved the business to a homebased model and changed my name to Cruises By Capt Jack.

During the past 10 years we have strived to provide to all our clients a high level of customer service, quality selection of cruise lines to choose from and the personal touch that on line booking agencies do not offer. We are different in many ways from the on line giants, we are cruise and vacation consultants not order takers, we work for you to find the best prices, cabin locations and options currently available.
