Terrible Customer Service. I waited for my turn and then instead of completing my transaction the person behind the counter would interrupt my service to take care of 3 or 4 customers that came in after me while I was kept waiting. She also mislead me about the cost. She didn’t lie but she was deceptive. I only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero.

Went to this store to send 3 relatively small boxes of school text books back. Had preprinted labels but the boxes were not sealed. The employee was extremely helpful but unfortunately the owner Joanne apparently became irritated become she had to stop what she was doing to assist customers behind me. Some sort of comment was made about boxes being taped as this was provided as a courtesy but 3 small boxes with 2 strips tape each I guess was stepping over some bounds. It’s unfortunate that as a business owner that providing this service was a nuisance. When I asked the name was told Joanne and replied that could help because was the owner. No you certainly helped enough. For me to know that I’ve been to the ups store on Wilson mills and have always been treated very well. I would in no way go back to this store under any circumstances. This place can’t be legit… its slow and shoddy. Definatly not a good representation of UPS. I think its just better to deal with just USPS.

The old man running this store will rip you off. He has no concept of customer service and will take any opportunity to gouge out your money. It shocked me how low he stooped for a few dollars. He is condescending but puts on a face of fake politeness. Never again will I set foot into this UPS store. I will let everyone I know that is looking to ship items to not use this store. Period.
