I loooove the tart yogurt with the handmade Oreo balls. Best icecream/yogurt place in Arkansas. I would eat there every night if I could.

The Dreamy Spoon is an interesting desert parlor, and a favorite destination for my kids. They have a wide selection of frozen yogurt and toppings to choose from, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Recently it seems that froyo shops are showing up on every corner. I learn about a new opening every few weeks. Due to this froyo epidemic, my standards are higher than they originally were. I now can make comparisons between the different flavors, toppings, prices, and atmospheres. With this being said, I really liked The Dreamy Spoon and felt like they had something different to offer. We were immediately greeted upon entering, and the owner did a great job of describing what they offered and why they were different. First of all, he mentioned that all ingredients are fresh(versus syrups I suppose?) They mainly offer frozen yogurt, but also offer a caramel custard, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. You can try individual flavors, or mix up a combination of your own. They have a variety of toppings, all which seem fresh. The pricing was pretty standard — $.42 per ounce. The shop is small, but decorated nicely. I tried the pomegranate energy tart mixed with strawberry, as well as the dark chocolate, and the banana. The dark chocolate is delicious! I think I would have liked the pomegranate without the strawberry, however. The banana was my least favorite, but only because it was extremely banana-ey(not a word I know, but you get it!) I look forward to visiting again and trying additional flavors!
