I was on vacation and my phone stopped working and the store had a new one shipped in to replace it. They confirmed twice that the replacement was going to be delivered to the store and then I got an email notice that it was shipping to California.
Had to call back and have another one sent that did make it to the store.
Very frustrating.
People were friendly at this store, just not very helpful.

Sam A was so awesome! We popped in on Saturday to have the glass screens on our phones replaced, and he was very professional and helpful. He even checked out our plans and made adjustments accordingly. I love this Verizon!
