Business Owner

Business professional and service enthusiast with 16 years of experience in personnel, recruitment, management, Team building, sales, marketing, branding, development, forecasting, budgeting and overall service. Early experience representing business industry for clerical /​office personnel recruiting and placement, and business development.

Primary focus over the past 12 years has been in the field of education. Skills and knowledge developed to serve pre K — 12 education, and preschools, with customized personnel related programs that help leverage school resources and internal costs, while accomplishing consistent growth each year in providing core services specific to schools. Knowledgeable in employment laws for both business industry and Ohio school sector.
