Xtreme Armor is Coles County’s first mobile hybrid polyurea applicator! We’ve been providing vortex bedliners and professional protective coatings to Mattoon, Illinois, Charleston, and surrounding areas up to a 75 mile radius since 2012.

Our goals and commitments are simple: to offer a quality, American-​made hybrid polyurea coating service. Urethanes are by far the leader in flexibility, abrasion resistance, and temperature range. Ureas present an advantage for hard coatings applied in humid conditions using high-​pressure equipment. Polyurea hybrids are formed using a combination of the two, taking the flexibility and abrasion resistance characteristics of polyurethanes and teaming it the humidity resistance of polyureas. Having serviced hundreds of truck beds and many different custom applications, we are pleased with long-​term, high-​quality protection hybrid polyurea chemistry provides.

Hybrid polyurea chemistry can be used for many different applications, including toy hauler floors and ramps, playground equipment, high-​traffic areas, waterproofing, cargo and horse trailer floors, boat hulls, bed rails, rocker panels, entire vehicles, rock chip protection, rust proofing, landscaping uses, basement walls, & farm equipment. Adam Weinstock remembers having to travel to have his truck bed sprayed by a polyurea dealer and how impressed he was with the finish and obvious durability. He left that professional dealer with one thought — how could he bring this service to others? He was so impressed with Polyurea that he wanted to offer this quality impressive product closer to home. After much research, Xtreme Armor was born.
