If it is your first time ever going into a fabric store, I do not recommend coming here. The staff is very unhelpful and acted like I was an idiot for not knowing what I was doing. I had informed the lady helping me that I have never been in a fabric store before. Eveyone seemed to think it was amusing and didn’t seem to want to help me. They were not very busy. Congrats ladies on making a young women feel so out of place. I will never return there and will never recommend it when asked about near by fabric stores. Truly disappointing.

It probably comes as no surprise that I am not really the target market for a fabric store of any kind. But apparently there is at least one instance where I find myself on the hunt for a selection of fabric, and off to Hancock I went.
Inside, this place is insane. Every size, shape and color (the colors — even Willy Wonka would go nuts in here) you could imagine. The staff is amazingly helpful, even for a fabric luddite like myself. In the end, I picked up just what I needed at a great price.
