Guadalupe Navarrete is really good at what she does. She’s trustworthy, hardworking, attentive, reliable, friendly, and professional. She has a small team of assistants who have all proved to be just as trustworthy and competent. I’ve left the house before with no instructions and she just did what she saw needed to be done. When I have left specifics, she is good at following instructions. There are times when I try to find something and she’s placed it in a different place than I’m used to it being. I’ve called her to ask and every time she guides me right to what I’m looking for. She provides excellent customer service and her prices are fair.
She’s great for someone looking to use natural, non-​toxic products. I really don’t want toxic cleaning chemicals in or around my house or family, or the cleaning crew! I’ve provided 7^th Generation cleaners, vinegar, baking soda and some other natural cleaners. She has been very receptive/​respectful to my requests.
