2−2−15 This is an update to a review previously posted: We have had the BBB mediating for us to get our job completed. First Call stated that they no longer have a hardwood flooring person working with them, however they would compensate us $ 300 to hire someone to complete the «Minor» repairs. We hired a contractor and the total bill came to $ 1,015.74. First Call has not responded at all with reimbursement to complete the job they failed to complete. Not to mention, they blew off the BBB with no response. I would not recommend this company for any project, unless you want to be dissappointed. I have photos of the before and after the job was completed by another contractor. I would be more than happy to share the photos if you are interested.
