Their old name Giordanos has now changed to Cosa Vuoi.
As a foodie who used to work in NY, I was pretty disappointed in the food choices in Matawan. But, I gotta tell you these guys make the best Italian bread bar none! Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside just like I like it. If I was blind folded, I would think I was in Manhattan. It’s that good. So, you can’t really go wrong with any sandwiches they have with the Italian bread. Typical price for a sandwich is about $ 10, but it’s so big I can only finish 2⁄3 at most. Save the rest for later.
Their services could be a little slow though even if you order ahead by phone.
