The fact that you held Sean Rees personal belongings hostage on the EVE of his funeral, not allowing his mother to recover those articles (which included his poetry) to use during the calling hours, shows that Dave Rupple has no compassion and cares only about his business. How pathetic is that? She wasn’t asking you to release his car for free. She was asking for his personal effects. A grieving mother should NOT have to make the decision, nor come up with the funds to get the vehicle her son died in out of impound, THE DAY BEFORE HIS FUNERAL. You clearly never took marketing 101. The power of the internet to cause damage to a businesses reputation is great sir. What you have done has been shared publicly on hundreds of peoples facebooks, it has been posted on Massillon websites, Perry Township websites. May your heartlessness have a financial impact on your almighty bottom line!
