This coming November will be 20 years since Crossroads opened its doors. Over that period, we have amassed a hugh selection of wine and liquor taylored to our communities needs. Ok selection of wine and liquor, semi-helpful employees.
The downside? I moved to Boston about 6 months ago and was home visiting family last week. Even though there is ZERO signage stating this was store policy, my out of state license was refused. I live in one of the biggest college cities in the US, so I understand that policy, but every store I’ve ever gone in that refused out of state ids had signage everywhere saying so.
If you won’t accept an out of state ID from a 25+ year old adult, that needs to posted where your customers can see it. End of story.

I used to go here all the time even though there were many liquor stores closer to my home. On one particular visit, the female cashier talked on her cell phone the entire time. She didn’t greet me, speak to me during the purchase or say thank you/have a nice day. Guess where I don’t go anymore.

A decent selection of liquor for the lower and middle price ranges. Even if you don’t have the Penny Savers coupon, you can just say you forgot it at home and they’ll let you know if anything qualifies.

I’m a Pinot Noir drinker… preferably USA and preferably Oregon. My son went in and asked for a recommendation and was sold a case of Smoking Loon Pinot Noir which had a confusing label with both Napa, California and Chile listed.
Nevertheless, I tried the first bottle and after consuming half, we poured the rest down the sink.
Thinking maybe it was a bad bottle, we opened another bottle a week later and it was just as bad.
I just called the store and asked if I could exchange the remaining 10 bottles and was told NO.
They recommend it and we’re stuck with it?
There are better places to buy wine but I tried to keep my business local… now I’ll do my best to create a vacant storefront. Nice customer service.
They’ll never see me there again!

This store really is not good they are very over priced and the managers are just rude and useless the cashiers are 100% not helpful at all. The manager that «helped» me was named tom and let me tell you this person had no personality what so ever he spoke like a zombie and was very rude I will never go back. They are one strike away from losing their license bc they sell to minors! Hopefully once that happens we finally get a decent store in that shopping center!

Def. check out their value bin! They have some really tasty wines at really amazing prices!
Last time I went in they were super helpful in picking out a tequila. The staff knows their stuff!

Stopped in after getting lunch nextdoor.
Apparently people dropping food on the floor must have been a major problem at one point in time since the sign on the door clearly let’s me know that «No open food or drinks allowed inside»
Picked up some spirits, saved a bit over some of local shops.
Great selection. Good prices. Win-Win.
