Milk & Sugar Nail Spa

First time here, an it won’t be the last! There very nice an welcoming they did an amazing job. On my hands i got gel mani an on my feet regular pedicure! I have no complaints at all! Pricey but well worth it!

I have been coming here for 6 years. Now it is under new ownership and it’s wonderful still!!! They are super clean, have the latest and greatest equipment and polishes, they offer more services than just nails (massages, facials etc), the staff is super friendly, polite, courteous and really make you feel valued. When you come here you feel like your at a spa… So relaxing! As a side note to the girl who made comments about the owner, her name is Lee and she is sweet and kind. If you want to go to a place where they don’t want to know your name just what you have in your wallet… Keep walking. Satisfaction isn’t that far!
Aside from all this… the service is great. I have been unhappy maybe twice in 6 years and they never let me leave like that! All in all I love Milk and Sugar and absolutely adore Lee, Maria and all the girls here!

I use to go here often but they use so much thinner in the nail polish my color changes in a day it looks dirty and it chips. They raised the prices soo much its not worth it anymore. Why pay more for less quality?

Staff was very friendly! I love love my nails! Price was a little high tho. Would def go back, very close to home!

I don’t feel like writing something out, so let me bullet-​point my experience:
1. They used nail polish thinner because they were running out.
2. The owner was slightly weird saying things like, «Thank you, love you» to customers as they left.
3. The owner (an Asian lady) came over to me, grabbed my braids, and started playing with them all while remarking that they must be heavy and expensive, etc. Then, after playing with them, she washed her hands as if they were dirty. Really, b-​word? She also attempted to massage me and was super painful.
4. The owner walks around and micromanages; it’s annoying.
5. I got my upper lip waxed, and the girl missed an obvious spot then tried to argue with me about it. She swore up and down that there was nothing there until she pulled the strip and hair came out. Also, I paid in advance, and the two Asian women tried to sneakily upsell me to the more expensive wax. When they realized I’d only paid for the basic, the owner ran back as if to make sure I didn’t try to get over.
6. My manicure lasted a day-​and-​half before cracking.
7. My pedicure still looks pretty good. The pregnant girl who did them was great.
8. I’m not coming back.

I love going to this place because they give the customers great service. Another plus is that they care about the cleanness of the place and that they use disposable pedicure sink covers.

Had a spa pedicure the other day and I loved it! I love their new pedicure chair. My skin feels so soft and my callus is gone! Excellent customer service and so clean. I believe it’s the best in town! Will go back soon.
