Great agency! My mom is very happy and we are happy that she is safe at home with her aide! Would definitely recommend for home care.

Less than zero. I had the misfortune of having Yvonne Murphy as financial guardian for my parents who have dementia. She collected my parents income monthly and denied weekly salary to their caregivers claiming there was no money.
she clearly used financial exploitation and improper use of elderly funds. Her staff, including accountants, lawyers and coordinators displayed an embarrassing and despicable desire to exploit the system and the disabled. She was never available to discuss my parents care and she once called the police when I drove a caregiver to her office to pick up her salary that was months late.
Luckly I was able to to gain guardianship from the court to care for my parents. With the same
amount of income she was collecting I’m capable of paying the caregivers on time, other expenses with a monthly surplus. SHAME ON YVONNE AND BEACON ELDERCARE.
DISHONEST.

I recently called Yvonne Murphy at Beacon Eldercare regarding care for a disabled parent. Not only did Yvonne immediately put me at ease, she was very responsive, knowledgeable and I was always able to get a hold of her. This is vital for me since I live on the West Coast. This was a new world for me and it took a while to decide who to trust my father with. I called many other places and no one made me feel at ease like Yvonne. Yvonnes entire team is knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend using Beacon Eldercare. Thank you, for all you have done for my family.
In regards to the negative review below, I wouldn’t doubt if that was one of her competitors trying to cause problems.

If I could give this company zero stars, it would better reflect the careless, incompetent way they run their business, especially since they deal with quality-​of-​life issues surrounding the care of our loved ones. After giving them all our important documents and credit card number, they lost her file. 3 years of waiting for them to do what we paid them to do and we are back to square one. They are unresponsive, won’t admit they lost the file, just keep telling us it is somewhere in ‘off-​site storage’. Unbelievable. An elder care company should build its clientele on trust; I wouldn’t trust Yvonne Murphy and her staff to take care of my dog.

Everyone at Beacon was so friendly and knowledgeable. My grandmother needed care at home and the Nurses and Nursing Aides were professional and caring. They also helped to get groceries when we weren’t able to come out to my grandmother’s because of snow. They made sure she was alright and we are so glad to be using your services. The social worker was diligent and showed a real concern from the beginning. Thank you so much for making it possible that we can take care of grandma at home.
