Sea Mist Resort is a 90 unit timeshare resort made up of 1 and 2 bedroom units. All units have queen beds and a queen sleep sofa, 2 full bathrooms, full eat in kitchens, and are furnished with all linens and towels. The resort has a large indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and exercise room. Outdoor pool is open June thru Oct. Sea Mist is located equally between Falmouth and Hyannis, just 5 miles from the beach. Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day. Sea Mist Resort is managed by Vacation Resorts International, and is affiliated with RCI, Interval International, and VRI’s VRI*ety exchange programs. History

Established in 1984.

Sea Mist Resort was built specifically to be a Timeshare property. It sits on 20 acres of wooded land just half a mile from the Mashpee Rotary and Mashpee Commons. Sea Mist Resort is controlled by the Sea Mist Resort Homeowners Association.

Convenient location not even a mile from Mashpee Commons which has nice little stores and a nice area to walk around in. Nice rooms, a little outdated but very, very clean. I would come back again.

This disgusting «Inn» is one step better than camping. It is dirty, offers no daily maid service, and does not supply all of the basics like shampoo. We needed a crib, which came with no bedding, and we were told that bedding is an additional $ 15.00. The TV is antiquated, the microwave would not close and when you finally did manage to get it to start it threw sparks and made a horrendous noise! My wife refused to even step on the carpet in her bare feet and wore flip flops the whole time. If you are lucky enough to be in a downstairs unit, as I was, pray you have no upstairs neighbors as it will sound like you are the hardwood floor at a square dance. Tried for a 1hour late checkout during off season (our 13 month old was in the middle of a nap), the place was a ghost town, and were told absolutely not!!! Checkout time is 10:30 AM and you have to be out or incur additional charges!
Avoid this dump at all costs!!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Great location and property with mini-​golf, walking distance from stores, indoor/​outdoor pool but other than a positive run-​in with Maintenance Man upon check-​in to fix TV it was poor overall.
Paid for a room and rollaway for an extra day even though they were notified of the date change, absolutely harassed on the checkout day… Called by Front Desk 5 minutes before set checkout time and 4+ times afterwards threatening to «charge another days room charge for the late departure» — left at Noon and wasn’t aware checkout was 10am! WAY too early for a «Famiy Friendly Resort»!
Will NOT be returning to this location when visiting The Cape!
