Came here to use the gym and for physical therapy on my knee and shoulder. Love the fitness trainers here. Super friendly staff. The PT worked wonders on my knee and got me back on the field. The pool is definitely one of the best parts. I did some exercises in it for PT and swam laps as a part of my gym membership.

So, I hate to do it but I have to. I did my initial therapy here after a serious knee injury in January. Things were going great here, I loved the therapists in general, but one day I was working with a PTA I didn’t typically use, and he was pushing me pretty hard when I didn’t think I could do an exercise. He kept pushing me and finally I did it! And then I was in excruciating pain.
Come to find out six months and a second surgery later, I tore my ACL at PT that day. I didn’t know it, and I walked around on it for almost half a year. After going to two different PT places since then, I know now that as a patient, you really need to stand firm when you don’t think you can do something, but there’s no way you should ever be in actual pain.
