A well traveled chef became a hypersensitive ceiliac.
No longer able to be in a professional kitchen he decided to offer street food favorites that are all gluten-free. We offer everything from southeast Asian to American comfort foods.
Everything is cooked to order and fresh all the time. We have a small menu that changes frequently.

Graduated N.E.C.I. in 1987. Diagnosed with ceiliac disease a year ago and decided to open 100% gluten-free food cart.
We feature a diverse menu focusing on from scratch food with local and organic ingredients.
