I hate picking tile — so overwhelming. The sales ladies at B&L really helped me by telling me if I still wasn’t sure, after taking home a sample, they could order a whole box for me to lay out and I could return it if I didn’t like it. I didn’t know you could do that. When they suggested I visit Houzz​.Com — I thought oh gosh no more tiles!!! — but the site’s generous views of tiles in actual homes really helped me envision what I wanted. It’s a great tool and I’ll never be cowed by tile again.

Never even could even get an estimate out of Gene for our bathroom tiling! We went in to the store and took a sample home. We called and he said he would be by to look at the job so he could give us an estimate and pick up the sample. He showed up a ½ hour late to look over the bathroom and then said he’d call us with the estimate. A week has gone by and we never heard from him. Extremely unprofessional.

B&L was great to work with on our new carpet installation and vinyl flooring in our basement. Gene was extremely responsive and worked with us throughout the project. We also had them install a carpet runner on our main stairway between the first and second floor, and it also looks great! I would highly recommend B&L to anyone who is looking for a carpet or flooring installation on the Cape. Their pricing is also very competitive.
