Our company was started to provide customers with a quality log home, while including all items in our standard packages. We aim to provide exactly what is expected, without compromise, and to make each and every customer happy.

Bo S.

Business Owner

Bo Sparks is a native of East Tennessee. He knows the mountains like the back of his hand. Being involved in the construction industry for over 35 years, Bo has built more than his share of log homes.

Bo founded Custom Timber Log Homes because he saw the need for a return to doing business the old-​fashioned way: where honesty was essential and your handshake was your word. His solid reputation, both for his skill and his integrity, speaks for itself.

Bo lives in Maryville, TN, with his wife, Mary Ann. He has two sons and four grandchildren.
