The amount of issues with this place is unbelievable. Their Maintenance Supervisor harasses residents (at least in my experience). There are others that have expressed to me their uneasiness of the supervisor. It was so bad for me that I had to complain to the Director of Property Management, Lauren Gray. She personally contacted the Fire Marshall to get approval to install a slide latch on my door to attempt to make me feel safe rather than firing the employee. They don’t care what you think or how you feel.
In addition, and much worse in my opinion, they don’t enforce the lease they have all residents sign. You MUST follow it but THEY do NOT. Even taking your complaint to the Director of Property Management, they will talk to all residents around you and see if they agree with your complaints. If they don’t, you are told that the issue is acceptable. I signed a lease that was applicable to me and not the surrounding residents. If they are not offended by the issue that is great for them, but that doesn’t mean I am not. This is not a democracy.
They do not care if dogs bark at all hours of the day and night or for hours on end. They don’t care if dogs are not on a leash outside of their apartment even if they approach you or run out in front of the cars. They don’t care if you put dog poop in a bag outside your door. They don’t care if you put a bag of trash outside your door for a week or more (as long as one of their employees don’t notice it). They don’t care if you have the ability to use your garage you pay $ 120 a month for (either gaining access or leaving). The list can go on and on.
Also be warned that if you do decide that you do decide to move into this place (against all warnings).. . there are times you will have to move your furniture at least 12 inches away from the wall if in front of a window for inspections. In addition, it is two weeks in a row as they do a pre-​inspection and then there is the inspection itself in which your apartment may or may not be picked for inspection. Also, you will have to put your fire extinguisher out for inspection and if they mess up for whatever reason you will have to do it again without any explanation at what was done wrong the first time. Furthermore, if you forget to do this, they will enter your apartment without permission to gain access to it. And on top of all of that, when they do the fire alarm/​smoke detector test, they set ALL alarms off in the ENTIRE BUILDING until ALL have been checked. Therefore, if you love your pets you will need to be home to remove them from the building during this time as it can take 30 mins or more while all alarms are going off. And, you don’t have any idea what time they will be at your building to do this or how long they will take.
Be warned, the parking lot is used as a speedway. The parking lot is also very cramped and the parking spots are not straight nor square.
The problem is that you sign a lease and are expected to follow it but they do not.

The apartments are beautiful and the ladies in the office are patient and responsive. We had two maintenance issues and both were handled professionally and quickly with above and beyond service. Your apartment is your home, and it shouldn’t be difficult to live in one. I have lived in several states and many different communities and this is by far the best on all counts. Thank you to the whole team for making our transition to TN smooth and uncomplicated!
