Taco Bell is usually my favorite fast food places but at this location today I was very disappointed. The guy who was taking my order kept interrupting me and then every time I would say what I wanted he would say«is that it?» He got my order wrong, I asked for all beans in my nacho supreme loco taco, quesarito, and crunch wrap supreme and when I got home it was all beef… I’m a vegetarian, I said BEANS for a reason. The guys name was Jason and what even made me more mad was that I didn’t get a receipt so I could even take it back. So disappointed, I swear they only hire pot heads. The girl who handed me my order was sweet and I feel bad that she has to work with idiots.

I came through here today. I ordered something very simple — 2 spicy tostadas without red sauce. Each tostada is $ 1.00. How did my bill then come to $ 3.24? Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got home and I then opened my tostadas and they had not only no red sauce, but no chipotle sauce either which is kind of the point of these tostadas in the first place. Then I figure, well I’m going to eat them anyway and the tortilla part is so stale I can’t even eat it! So then I try to call and let them know how horrible they are and they didn’t even answer their business phone line(at 2 p.m. on a Tuesday…) after about 15 rings. This place sucks.

We had a particularly bad experience with an employee there. I had ordered one type of drink at the drive thru, when we got it, it was a different flavor. I passed it back to the employee who prepared another. Once again, it was not what we had originally ordered, it was in fact the same as what was given to us. Having worked in fast food, I thought it was possible that they might have crossed their lines, so went inside to let them know that we had twice gotten a mix up. The employee rudely began arguing with me that I had ordered a Pepsi, despite the fact that the receipt clearly said Root Beer. She then claimed she had given me Root Beer originally and I had changed it. I told her clearly that no, we ordered Root Beer, we received Pepsi twice, and that maybe their lines had gotten mixed up. She then rudely threw a new cup at me and told me to get for myself what we wanted from the self serve fountain inside. On the next trip back, this employee left out an entire part of our order and was very rude when I asked her for the missing part of our order. Combine this behavior with a large number of their employees appearing to have communication issues with their customers, and this is not a place I want to return to.

it’s Taco Bell. what’s the point of a review, right? We all know it’s pretty much just dog food in a tortilla(tasty, tasty dog food. mmm) I give it 4 stars for this simple fact: went through the drive-thru one day with my boyfriend. the total came to $ 4.20. the cashier followed up the price announcement with a chuckle and a «yeeeeeah». LOL.

when ordered in the drive thru, it seemed pleasant, but picking up the order was different, they switched employees, the dude was really nice but the gal that took over was rude, first she asked if i already paid for it, then she proceeded to read my order off wrong as she handed me the food. and i did get 1 wrong item with my food, the food was hot and good tho.

Not the cleanest place on earth but the kids behind the counter are usually friendly and the food is delivered fast. I eat here often.
