Came in for my first time for a full set. It was the WORST set I’ve ever had!!! My acrylic was very bumpy and spilling out of my nail beds, I told her and she said she would fix it when she filed. When she started filing, I told her I was diabetic and to please be careful not to cut me. Well…3 very bad cuts later I was furious. The shape was completely opposite of what I wanted so I took the file and shaped them myself. After the polish I still hated them so I spoke to the owner. She looked at me and said«they look fine» then the tech that did my nails started talking in the background saying«you filed it, I did a good job, I do nothing wrong». The other owner came up to me and said she would fix it and give me $ 10 off my next service. First of all, I will never come back. Second, all she did was file of the acrylic off of my skin. I asked them to take it off, and give me the difference back from what I paid. The owner said«no way». Terrible service and I will be telling everyone!!! I will also be contacting licensing to see if the lady that did my nails is even licensed.

Went here last weekend with a girlfriend to get pedis and catch up. One of their nail techs was out sick unfortunately so the pedis took a little bit longer but that did not stop anyone of the staff members from doing a great job and keeping their calm under a busy stressful Saturday full of appointments. I loved my pedicure and a week later it still looks freshly done. It was worth the drive for me from Mill Creek to come here :)

The wife and I love this place. Pedicures don’t get any better. Good pricing also. The staff is all super friendly, definitely call ahead and make an appointment.

I have my acrylics done by Theresa or Kim. The two of them do great jobs and I’m always happy with how they turn out. I only gave four stars because though Walk-In’s welcome is on the window and their business card, if I walk in it almost always takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get to a chair and start the process. Appointments are usually easy to make and they can generally accommodate me the same day. Clean place, nice ladies!

They always do a wonderful job, and true to their name have a lot of «sparkle» choices to choose from. The place is very clean and all of the instruments are autoclaved. I’m a runner to manicures must get deep into my toenails which just grosses me out(and they’re MY toes), and they get in there and do a great job. So far in over 100 marathons I haven’t lost a toenail! I also get acrylic nails with sparkle tips(because deep inside lurks the heart of a 12 year old girl and the humor of a 9 year old boy) and LOVE how well they do them. I was going to another shop I loved, but as a loyal customer I was being pushed aside too often and when finally I had a 3 hour long appointment that was mostly waiting so that others could be seen first, even though I had an appointment, I quietly took my business elsewhere. I’m glad in my search I ended up here after another salon wouldn’t give me a design on my sparkle tips with no explanation.

I went in last week, had my nails done by Kim. She did a good job BUT… She sanded my nails down like they do with acrylics for Shellac… NEVER had that done before, and my manicure is already chipping slightly and some is loosening off the nail. She didn’t talk to me other then to confirm what I wanted done and to see if I liked them, which fine whatever… They also charge $ 1 for debit, and don’t tell you french is extra.(Shellac was on special for $ 27, but I was charged $ 31) I probably wouldn’t return here for a shellac manicure.

Lee did a wonderful job on my French tip shellac manicure. She was very gentle with the clippers and my cuticles look great. The polish is very smooth and shiny. Lee was very sweet & I promised I will be back when I come visit my family again! No extra charge for french. Would be 5 stars if there was better ventilation in the shop. I felt pretty sneezy in there. If you have dust-related allergies I would steer clear.

So far, I’ve only been once for a manicure and pedicure because I had a coupon. It’s your typical nail salon… the atmosphere isn’t particularly relaxing or quiet, but the service is good. All of the ladies working there were nice, and my mani/pedi turned out nicely. There’s nothing that really blows me away, but I would return again, especially if they put out more coupons.
