We’ve been insuring our home and vehicles with Galligan & associates for YEARS! Friendly helpful staff that is always willing to help and answer my questions. We live in Chico and still decided to go with this small town business. I’d definitely refer to family or friends.

We paid our flood insurance premium for $ 2,193 in September. Two weeks later Galligan sent us an additional bill for $ 3,702. When we called to inquire, «Rosie» told us it was because of the upcoming «El Nino» storms they were expecting. I felt bad for her as I knew she was only parroting ridiculous language her employer forced her to spew.
We went across the street and renewed the exact same coverage for $ 1,496. This company is highly unethical.
