History

Established in 1964.

Mountain View Presbyterian Church originally met in the Marysville Grange Hall before moving to the current location at the corner of 51^st ST and 100^th ST and building a small sanctuary. In 2002 the church completed a major upgrade to the facilities featuring a new sanctuary.

Meet the Manager

John M.

Manager

Serving as Sr. Pastor of Mountain View since 1996, John Mason is a Seattle native, and was Minister of Worship and Youth at Seattle’s Bethany Community Church for thirteen years. John is married to Kris, the Artistic Director of the Seattle Children’s Chorus. They got acquainted singing «cheek to cheek» as microphone partners in a music group at Seattle Pacific University. The Masons have three married daughters who are all accomplished musicians. John is a graduate of Seattle Pacific University (B.A., Psychology) and Fuller Theological Seminary (M. Div.).
