This Midas location misdiagnose a good front Axle on my Volvo CX90 that they indicated had a broken booth leaking oil and needed to be replaced. I received an estimate for the repairs and decided to shop around on the estimate. After calling Volvo for an estimate which came in over $ 125 lower I took the car in and after their inspection they told me the boots on the axle were not torn or broken and the axle did not need replacing

Amazing place! Brianna is great and they really know what they’re doing and I appreciate the candor, honesty and great prices! They treat you as if you are in the family. Everyone I have talked to and dealt with has been great! I’m wondering if the only bad review was just a bad experience because everyone I know loves them

This is our go to place for oil changes and we have been in a few times for other fixes. I don’t enjoy going to get this service done however the seven or so times that we have waited in the waiting room I have observed how other clients are treated as well. Not only are they extremely customer service friendly to us I see they are the same with other clients as well. There have been two times that they have said to me that SOON something will need to be done on my car but no rush. (Not the normal, you need to fix it now deal you get at other places. This place seems like they are a family run business (not 100% sure) and that they want to make sure you are completely satisfied with their service; they want to keep earning your business. You know the saying «if service is good people don’t usually talk about it but if service is bad EVERYONE will hear about it». This posting shows how good their service has been.

I made an appointment with this Midas because I received a coupon in the mail for a brake pad change. When I called to ask about the service and make an appointment, the lady was very rude and unhelpful. She refused to discuss a simple brake pad change with me, stating that she couldn’t quote a price without inspecting the vehicle. She wouldn’t even schedule me for a brake pad change, just the inspection. I made the appointment anyway, knowing that they would be able to see that they needed changing and do the job. When I arrived for the appointment, the lady was on the phone and there were no other customers on site. She finished her call and then took another call before acknowledging me. I told her that I had an appointment and that my brake pads needed changing. She again questioned me about why I thought that, and I AGAIN told her that they had been inspected when I had my tires changed and needed changing. I asked her how long it would take. She informed me that it would take 45 minutes to inspect the car, then at least another 45 minutes to change the pads IF NEEDED, and then longer for any other work they needed to do. I was very upset at this point. I did not come in for «other work.» and I did not see how it could take 45 minutes to pull a tire off and look at my pads. It took the tire guy about 30 seconds to tell me they needed changing. I am a busy person, and did not want to spend half a day sitting in their little room for no reason. When I questioned her about the time, she smarted off at me telling me that that was their process and that it was not their jobs to do «lightning service». Well, it is also not their jobs to do business with me. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’d like to point out that at no time was I rude or loud with this lady. She, on the other hand, could use some lessons in customer service. A little politeness on her part would have kept me there. Instead, I left. Who wants to spend half a day with a horrible person like her?
