Conwell Associates Is one of the best company my company did a business with. Their office staff handles everything very professionally and they are very quick responding to all your needs. Every time I called or emailed them they responded back to me within same business day most of the time with in 30 minutes. Conwell Associates, the mom daughter partnership run by Carol and Meranda is the most unprofessional service company I have encountered in my decade long stay in US. These guys never respond on time. They have no idea of what they are talking about. They are nuts to the extent that they cant get your phone or email correct after sending them like two dozen emails and multiple voice mails. They are unreachable over phone — no mater what time of the day you call them. AND to top it all Carol is perhaps the RUDEST person you will ever come across in your entire lifetime! Dec-Jan 2014 #1 We received a PASTDUE bill in huge bright red font, a few months after moving our home. I contacted them saying the payments had been made as part of Escrow on the date of possession of this home. I NEVER heard back. I NEVER received an email either. #2 Luckily our home owners association was due in a few weeks. I bought this up again. It took my 10 minutes AND an additional 15 minutes by the then associations President to explain these ‘nuts’ why my family was was on time and NOT overdue for payments. #3 I enquired about not having heard back. Carol had called back to a wrong number!!! And she was the least bit apologetic! Apr-June 2015 #4 I received the first real bill in my mailbox. All my bills are set up online as I choose save paper and time. Between April 2nd and May 23rd, I sent Carol 11 emails to help me set up the online transfer system. I also made three trips to the bank. The kind bank associate came up with a unique solution to help me set this up! Oh and by the way most of these emails were gentle reminders to just respond to my last question #5 Last week I received the second bill which I paid within 5 minutes of receiving it. It also listed a 2 month late fee amounting $ 60 for the previous cycle. I enquired on the $ 60 and and was told this is the late fee. I think this is a TOTALLYUNFAIR to apply late fees. Additionally, please be advised, a two business day response time does not require a reminder; your demands for immediate response are a form of harassment which is unacceptable.
