Specialize in baseball; hitting and catching clinics. Speed, Agility & Quickness drills for most sports. I enjoy sharing information from personal experience and from research I’ve found over my career. Please do not hesitate to ask or «pick my brain».

I follow routines and drills from SPARQ training. I also buy and use their equipment. I also use SKLZ equipment and am an affiliate of their product line. However, neither SPARQ or SKLZ endorse me. I educate myself through the National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM) and National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA).

I’ve attended prestige academies for myself and not for the use of my clients/​athletes, but to name a couple;

I am currently training clients who are fulfilling New Year’s resolutions at Team Fitness, LLC in Lake Stevens, WA and Snohomish, WA. If you are a member, you were entitled to a complimentary training session and a 15 minute nutrition consultation with a Clinical Nutritionist at Team Fitness, LLC.

My goal is to get you started on a program that builds muscular endurance and stability while developing optimal communication between the nervous system and the muscular system. This includes but not limited to:

*Enhancing Joint Stability

*Increase Flexibility

*Enhance Control of Posture

*Improve Neuromuscular Efficiency
