This place has gone above and beyond both times I came to them to get my car fixed. The people are very friendly and Christian is great. It’s hard to find a auto shop that’s transparent and straight forward, but this is the one! This will be my go-​to place from now on.

Great customer service, timely response, and good work. I’ve had one vehicle that needed a lot of repair, and one with a deep scratch. During both experiences I was treated great and my vehicles looked even better! And they did not price gouge. If I never need any more repairs, this is where I’ll go. No need to go elsewhere.

Who would have thought that getting a boo-​boo on your car could be a good thing? I scraped the passenger side on a pole while trying to park in one of the minuscule garage spots downtown (Seattle). My insurance company referred me to ARA. I had never heard of them, but the company pays them direct which means I don’t have to hassle with getting a check to them. Nevertheless, it makes you a little skeptical of the quality…
What a great place! When I got there for my appointment they took pictures of everything and gave me a website with my own sign-​on so I could check on the progress at any time. They told me it should take about a week and they called on Tuesday and Thursday to check in and share the progress. Every night I got an update text from them along with photo’s of the progress. AWESOME! They were done in 5 days, and when I picked up the car it looked beautiful! It was even detailed so well, it looked like it was just off the dealers lot again. They were very friendly, great sense of humor and also very professional. I would highly recommend ARA Collision Carstar.
