This place is the worse Bank of America I’ve ever been to. The teller was rude. Never coming back again.

I am giving this B of A branch one star since Unilocal won’t let me leave none or negative stars. Walked in yesterday to close my husband’s account. I had all the correct legal documentation and ID’s needed but still Sr. Personal Banker Pam Clout treated me like I was a criminal trying to do something underhanded. This branch is the absolute worst. As a former B of A employee I know the rules and regulations and I love how the employees at this branch makes up the rules as they go. They lack customer service skills and basic communication skills. As I was sitting at Pam’s desk wasting hours of my time I over heard another personal banker baiting an elderly woman into opening an Unnecessary credit card. Just shameful… Pam needs to rethink her career choice because she should not be working at a bank. Thanks B of A and Pam, banks and employees like you make me want to close all my accounts and hide my money under my mattress!

Great customer service, had an issue online and the folks resolved promptly.
The bank can get busy on opening hours but staff processes the request quickly.

The manger at this branch is a Bully! I witnessed him yelling at one of his tellers after she helped me. He actually snapped at me like I was one of his employees. He is nice where people can hear him, but nasty when out of earshot of others. I will NEVER enter this branch again!
