Dr. Chip is the kindest, most genuine, loving veterinarian that you could ever meet. Her love of animals is evident and we are so lucky to have found her. God Bless you Dr. Chip for taking such good care of our puppies!

5 stars!!! Dr. Chipperfield is top notch! I have a Siamese cat who hates going to the vet. «Dr. Chip» provides house calls and is absolutely amazing with my cat. I would highly recommend Family Animal Hospital, especially, Dr. Chipperfield.

I have been seeing Dr. Chip for over 10 years — before she opened her own practice and worked at the Humane Society. From my dog’s first visit, I requested her. She is great with my furbabies and explains everything to you! I can’t stress how great she is with the family. Pets & people alike. You can tell she really loves animals and treats your pet as if it was her own. I have recommended her to my friends and will continue to do so.

I completely echo others sentiments about the knowledge, care, personal attention and attention to detail of FAH. Dr. Chip, Christine and the entire staff have been a real treat in both good times and bad.
Truly can’t say enough good things about these guys and gals. They simply do things the right way and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Dr Chip brought my dog back from the brink. Unfortunately she was very ill when we got her and it was not really apparent how bad until Dr Chip was able to diagnose her quickly. A few days later, the puppy had a new lease on life and was completely changed. I was really impressed with how the office followed up with us and made sure she was on the mend.

Dr. Chipperfield was recommended to me by a friend when I first moved to STL. She is absolutely amazing with animals and is very thorough with her exam and explaining everything. The staff there is incredibly nice and they now know both my dog and cat by name. My pets are my children so I’m glad I found somewhere that I can trust, knows their clients and is affordable too.

Dr. Chipperfield is fabulous with her patients. I have a super nervous kitty and she takes her time with him, gets on the floor with him, and he is very content with her just purring away! Highly recommend Dr. Chip.

Dr. Chip and her staff are fantastic! Every time I walk into their office they greet myself and my dog by name. Always happy to go the extra mile to explain proper care for your animal to ensure a happy home for you, and your pet.
