I have tried so many different Chinese places and this is always better. They are get your order done fast and lunch is only $ 5. My favorites are general Tso’s chicken, Hunan chicken, chicken lo mein, sweet & sour chicken, crab rangoon, and their egg rolls!

Best Chinese food I have ever had in my life. I have been coming here since I was a little kid and every place I have lived in or traveled to I always try and find a place to match it, and I can’t. It is always fresh and portions are huge, never found a hair or anything weird in the food so I think they are very sanitary. They only take cash or checks but it’s not that big of a deal because the food is so good, and I’m pretty sure they have only raised their prices once in twenty years. The family that runs the place are very nice and treat you well.

This is the best Chinese food I have ever had and i have tried a lot of different Chinese restaurants all over the country, I have been coming here for years. I would give it 5 stars but the fact that they don’t accept credit cards makes me give them 4 stars. Food is absolutely fantastic though, and they always make your food in an acceptable amount of time. The owners are very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I had the Chinese food and it was pretty ok. I really got full and would highly recommend this for filling up. If you want something for a health purpose this is not for you

The only good place to eat in Martinsville. Bring cash. Really one of my favorite places for Chinese anywhere.

We order food to go from here time to time. Always fast and good. Only down fall is its not really meant to eat inside. If u our getting it to go you won’t be disappointed for the taste and price worth it.

The No. 1 Chinese Restaurant is certainly no. 1 in Martinsville(out of two restaurants, that is), and it would likely rank fairly highly among all Chinese restaurants. The food is usually pretty good, especially the lo mein. They always pack their lo mein and rice containers extremely tightly; it’s a wonder how they got it shut as well as they did. The only really negative aspect of this place of business I can think of is that they don’t accept cards, so be aware of that.

I love this place. It’s been family owned forever and it’s a local place. The idea is take-out, however, there is a small dining room with about 6 tables if you prefer to eat in. I love the Sweet and Sour Chicken. It comes with pork fried rice and egg roll. I also like the cashew chicken as well. They take cash only, so be prepared for that. If you don’t have cash, the Koger next door has a Citizens Bank ATM.

Good food but the major flaw with this restaurant is that they do not take debit/credit cards, CASHONLY. They make you walk to a nearby Kroger to get money from an ATM. Really should consider getting a credit card reader, major inconvenience.
