If you are in the market for a violin, viola, or cello, a visit to Bacelar String Instruments is a must. I bought my cello from Alex Bacelar over 10 years ago and haven’t had any problems. I try and bring it back to him every once in a while for a «check-​up.» Alex is very professional and knows a ton about string instruments and how to set them up properly for performance. I also recommend bringing any string instrument to him for repair. It is a good idea to call ahead and set up an appointment for either a purchase or repair.
