Set up an appointment to get my heating fixed. On the day of my appointment they neither called nor rung the bell to let me know they were there. Called to try to reschedule and never got a response. Called again a week later and a lady told me they showed up but no one was there. I asked why they didn’t ring the doorbell or call and they told me to find someone else to do the work.
