Quality Inn

We are located next to the laundry room. If you want to sleep during the day, make sure not to have this room as you hear the laundry machines and the housekeepers all day. Also the dumpster is right outside of the room. There are 6 large garbage bags lining the parking stalls.
We went for breakfast at 9:15am and there was no sausage, waffle mix, or eggs left. I was told that after 9am nothing is refilled; despite the breakfast to be running until 9:30am
Our bathroom only allows for a shower. He just told me that I cannot take baths.
The hot tub is not working and the guests shared that the management has known about that since last week. The water is very thick and filmy.
We get no cell phone reception in this room. We have telephoned our carrier asking why our phones say «emergency calls only». The carrier shared that it is on the hotel’s end.
I have stayed here many times. However, I have had a different room, and I have never tried to attend a breakfast. So, in the past, my visits were much better.
However, the management is all Indian men, who look at me when I even just ask a question relating to check out time, where to eat, etc. as me not being worth their time. They are very dismissive with how they interact with women, and it is very disrespectful. I will not stay here in the future. Also, if you pay in full when booking and have an emergency – you will not get your money back. Do not pay in full before your arrival. They will only allow date changes.

Illegally argue about service animals, even when confirmed prior over the phone. Called me a liar and then saw I booked over the phone with them.
The internet is very spotty and unreliable. They is one computer in the lobby to print.
Continental breakfast has the usual.
Other guests were loungng outside and playing loud music until 1 am.
It seems that the rooms, although small, are from this century.

Five stars because my experience here was great! Clean room the whole week I stayed here. I didn’t wake up early enough for the free breakfast (6:30−9:30) and I only had to deal with the front office upon check In and upon checking out so thats good. Good selection of channels on their TV’s. I didn’t get anything stolen during my stay. Overall its a well kept hotel.

One star ONLY because the bed was comfortable and we got a good nights rest and the amenities are okay.
However, carpet is dirty, has so many stains! Parking lot is filthy!
NOT a family friendly place! Hookers left and right! Pretty sure hotel workers are in on it and get their cut! I can understand it happens anywhere but its different when you actually see it!
I DO NOT recommend and WILL NEVER stay here again! Do yourself a favor and pay an extra $ 20 – 40 to stay at a decent place!

I would recommend paying a bit more for an overnight somewhere else if you need reliable wifi for work.

Best hotel ever! I arrived late night to take rest after long hours of driving, I did not make any pre booking reservations to this hotel. I was warmly welcome by the front desk person rahul and gave me a room right away so neat and clean. Next day morning the breakfast was so good. I enjoyed my stay and looking forward to come to this hotel again. Again a big thanks to rahul for such wonderful customer service he has major quality for his guests and hardworker.

I stayed at this hotel January 2^nd after having driven 12 hours and had a horrible experience checking in. I was grilled about my id and told it was not me, I had to show my credit card, business cards that had the same logo as my sweatshirt and product in my car. only after that did the clerk accept my cash. I got my room and in a couple hours there were two police incidences in the parking lot, Later that night the phone was not working so I took it to the office and was yelled at for unplugging a broken phone from the hotel and now I was going to have to pay for the already broken phone. A couple hours later the police arrested someone in the room next to mine at 4 am in the morning. upon waking up I packed up and got out of dodge. I have tried to logde a complaint to Choice Hotels but since I paid cash and the clerk pocketed the cash and there is no record of me staying there, Choice Hotels can not accept a formal complaint from me and was told there is nothing that can be done. Now I will never stay at a choice hotel ever again.

Unless you like poor customer service. Don’t stay here. Front desk people completely rude. They seem to get upset when you ask for something. When we went to get the advertised free breakfast. There was nothing not even milk for cereal. No oj the place was dirty and a mess. This was at 7:30 am. When asked the front desk he seemed upset we interrupted his video game he was playing on computer. The parking lot was completely littered with CIG butts. Very loud at night. Doors slamming or guys smoking on balconies. The bathroom door wouldn’t open I was locked in. thank god my brother was with me to get me out. All in all this place is way overpriced. never will we stay here again

I stayed here for a business trip I was attending in the area and had a very pleasant stay. The room was recently remodeled, spotless, free of stains and fixtures in good repair. The flatscreen TV was huge, and the bed/​pillows comfortable. I had to get some work done and was offered free wi-​fi at check-​in. The wi-​fi service was stable with above average speed for a hotel in this price range. I wasn’t expecting too much, but instead was very pleasantly surprised for the very reasonable price I paid for my stay. I would definitely return if business takes me into the area again.

Unique drapes for the widows but it was neat.
It was quiet, but next time we will pick a room away from the stairs.
Front desk didn’t really welcome us at night.
(They must have been tired).

When we asked for more of certain items that were out they were able to bring more. n
This Inn was 10 minutes from friends and Mouse Con at the Hilton.
We would return to use the same place.

Room was clean but the drapes don’t close. I mean they weren’t even made to close. Only the sheer liner does so of course I’m up all night because the lights outside are on and up at sunrise. Not ok. I feel like I haven’t slept at all. Oh wait, I haven’t.

Besides the Yellow stain that went through both the sheet to the mattress which means they didn’t clean the sheets (so gross) and the front desk attendant being rude and not being able to understand a word he was saying, everything else was just ok. Wouldn’t stay here ever again.

Very clean room and spotless bathroom. Super comfy bed. Breakfast has eggs, waffles, sausage and more. Try the Royal Thai restaurant downtown! This is my second visit. Rahul at the front desk is awesome and goes out of his way to help! Five stars!

Great deal for the price! Stayed here one night and it was perfect for what we needed. The rooms were very clean and in a great location. Downsides were the wifi wouldn’t connect in the room and we found a spider on the ceiling above the bed. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Decent price. Beds were super comfy. Pretty quite. But… Pool out of service, poor breakfast and in room coffee. Room recked like a Las Vegas casino that part was really bad. Would stay again if I was in a pinch (like this time). But do not expect too much

What a hole in the wall! My room was never ready after I returned from work. I hate that! I was here an entire week and although I complained every day after I got back, the hotel seemed unconcerned with my comfort… All they had to say is that they have a lot of rooms and only 4 maids… Not my problem! Hire more and give me a clean room whe I return at 5:00 in the evening.

Pleasantly surprised. Absolutely fine place to stay in Martinez.
I stayed there for business three nights from 5÷20−5÷22 last week. It is motel inn style and recently renovated. I have no complaints at all. The staff is pleasant, the rooms are updated, wifi is just fine, breakfast is just fine, pool and hot tub just fine. The entire area around the rooms and building are non smoking and all smoking is contained well away. It is exactly what it bills itself to be. It isn’t a 4 or 5 star hotel but doesn’t pretend to be.
If you want to see an example of a hotel that says it is one thing and isn’t, read my review about America’s Best Value Inn at Concord, CA. None of that going on at this place.
I will be staying here for business again in the coming weeks.

They recently renovated the place so the rooms were actually pretty nice and front desk wasn’t bad with their service. We had quite the enjoyable experience here besides the Air Conditioner leaking water they were very prompt in switching us over to a new room. We stayed here for a total of three days. Even though their WiFi is basically non existent, every room comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, large flat screen TV, and a clean bathroom where you have enough space between the toilet and shower so you don’t feel like your taking a dump in the tub and your knees are kissing the wall. Pretty satisfied with everything. I would recommend to other people.

This is BY FAR the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. The place constantly smelled of weed and I was confronted many times by people on the balcony/​walkway holding beers and cigs. The mattress was the worst thing that I have ever slept on. I would have slept on the floor, but I didn’t want to chance getting sick. I found myself waking up every hour or so to go and check that my truck had not been broken in to because of the shady people that stayed at this place. The neighborhood is nice, but this hotel attracts all of the creeps driving through.
It is currently going through renovations so there are minor inconveniences, but nothing too crazy. Access to the office is difficult, however. They have «automatic»
doors to the office, but you still have to be buzzed in by the desk clerk. I found that to be VERY weird, indeed.
On a lighter note, the bathrooms are surprisingly nice. There is a microwave in the room and a mini-​fridge. Having those are great.
The internet is free, but terrible. Slowest speeds I have ever experienced. I understand that it isn’t required that they provide internet, so my rating excludes their lack of internet.
I will never be staying here again.

Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money or precious time at this dumpster hotel. Rude owners. Dirty rooms. Backed up plumbing. Nothing was pleasant except leaving.
