Everyone here is so nice and professional. This is the only place I come for oil changes. Defiantly recommend.

I really like this place. It offers speedy service, the staff is friendly but doesn’t talk your ear off and focus’s on the task at hand: getting the job done in a professional & timely matter.
The one thing that kept it from 5 stars is the fact they don’t vacuum out the car like Jiffy Lube does, but since patrons drive in the oil-​changing-​bays themselves, and wait in the car while service is performed, I can see where that’d be difficult! ;-)
But it’s convenience and service make it worthwhile, plus there are plenty of carwash places around that do the same thing!
I plan to continue patronage long into the future.

As I was driving my engine oil light appeared saying to add 1 quart of oil. I dropped by oil express and they were extremely quick and helpful. I really appreciate their service! Thank you oil express!

Always an easy transaction when I bring my car in. The mechanics are pleasant and always offer me a free bottle of water while I wait. Again, I love the loyalty card they offer. I trust this shop. They’re fast, too, and I’ve never waited in line.

We took our 2005 PT Cruiser GT in for an oil change and also because the oil light had been coming on intermittently. The price quoted seemed rather high at first, but we decided to give our local shop our business. They were very thorough checking the tires, fluids and cleaning the windows. Upon starting the car, the oil light came on and stayed on. They found that our oil pressure sensor was leaking. The technician told us he could get us the part at his cost with no labor to be charged to replace it! Who does that these days? He replaced the part, cleaned underneath the car and sent us on our way. Needless to say, we are very satisfied and would highly recommend this shop!

My car did not explode after visiting them. I always like that. They changed my oil, offered me coffee, told me there was a coupon but I couldn’t have it unless I found it on their website which of course I couldn’t find, and changed my wipers. Total cost 70 bucks and I was back on the road in 30 minutes.

Great service. Knowledgeable & helpful on a vehicle that is not mine, but my son’s car, 03′ Subaru Outback that has seen better days. I will definitely go back with my own car, 08′ Honda Accord.

Big ups to these guys. I go in middle of the day and they are always: fast, courteous, and at a minimum with the upsell.(We have all been to shlocky oil changers, where the ex-​cons forget to screw back the cap on the oil pan.) It’s a pleasure to do business with these guys, and they do offer water and coffee during your brief wait.

These guys are solid. We take both our cars here and they are so quick, professional and nice! I’m in and out unusually less than 15 minutes. I don’t even need to get outta the car and they offer you a bottle of water while you wait. I used to hate getting my oil changed because all the big chains try to up sell you and take forever, but these guys make it so easy that my cars actually get the regular maintenance they need!

This place is crazy. Only reason I came here was because it was down the street from my house and Les Schwab (which I love). Every few seconds this man was trying to sell me something. For example he told me my air filter needed to be replaced and it’s an extra charge for that. Also, my oil cap was screwed on too tight and had to replace that so he charged me $ 10 more. I hate this place it’s rabbit hole for money!

Rich offered me an ice cold bottle of water while I sat in my car for an oil change, gold service.

43 $ after taxes. A little expensive but they check everything for you and they are pretty friendly. And they give you a discount if you come back. They didn’t try and sell me on a bunch of stuff like jiffy lube. So will go back now that I have the discount card.

My Mom takes her vehicle here so when I bought a brand new car I decided to give them a try. These guys are quick, efficient and super friendly! I highly recommend them!

Genius is that man or woman that came up with the concept of a drive-​in-​oil-​change, its importance in human history is comparable with sliced bread, the wheel and of course PajamaJeans. You drive into the shop, they try to upsell you on «HI-​TECH» oil and it’s a done deal. Genius but expensive, currently the basic service for a four banger Honda cost almost $ 50 with all fees included. Really! No thanks. While the staff might be friendly I can’t justify a $ 24 smile.
I drove over to CK motors and had them do the change for $ 26. I did have to get out of my car and wait in the lobby, but for a $ 24 savings totally worth it. Please do not take this as a recommendation of CK motors (they have many issues).
Oil Express does mail out coupons and at that point it does become reasonable. Do it but only with a coupon. Enjoy.

I came in last Saturday with Gayle’s son’s car for an oil change. He’s about to move out of state and we were adding a little margin of safety to his trip. Good thing, as the work here uncovered a minor issue with the windshield solution system and an air filter that really did need to be changed. We also weren’t sure when the oil was changed the last time. My own experience with that many years ago was an empty oil supply and an subsequent engine replacement.
The place seems a little rough around the edges in terms of service flow and the overall appearance of the business. And as Ivy R. points out, seeing the guys hanging out on the chairs waiting for someone to come in doesn’t initially instill confidence.
Yet, the guys here seemed knowledgeable and they did what needed to done in a fairly friendly and efficient manner. Best of all, there was no wait.

I like to stay on my car while they change the oil, I like to hear all the sounds my car makes. We’ve been together a long time; it is a plus that I can here.
I asked for 20 – 50 oil, they said they had it. The oil went in to the car very fast so I asked if they used what I requested. They hadn’t but they drained the car and put in what I wanted.
They said I had a 90 day guarantee and if anything when wrong to bring it back. I am not sure why I need a guarantee on an oil change. I was even alarmed, but I guess this is good think to have.
They advertise they only use chevron products. I thought maybe this was why there were prices were high. I asked if Chevron was better than Castrol Oil and was told they were all the same. So I am not sure why they are $ 10 more than most quick oil change places.
On the plus side, they did not try to sell me things that the car will never need

If I owned this place I would make damn sure that the guys wouldn’t be allowed sitting in front of the place in office chairs waiting for people to come get their oil changed.
I still go here though because obviously there is never a wait. The customer service is great. Today they asked if I wanted any water or coffee or soda. That was new and very nice.
Their prices are kind of high though. Since its for my company car not my personal car I really don’t care because this place is convenient and fast to go to.
