Designed For Change

I love checking out local consignment shops, and after some cake at Inner Bean decided to pop in here. It’s right next door, why not?!
It’s pretty small as far as local furniture consignment stores go, but you just never know what treasures you may find.
There were no treasures here yesterday. I entered the store and no one spoke to me– they just stared. I checked my shirt and face to make sure I wasn’t covered in my chocolate cake from Inner Bean. (Nope) I browsed, and didn’t see anything that I would have been interested in taking home. I really didn’t see anything that appealed to me.
I was in and out fairly quickly. There were some guys dropping off a piece of furniture for consignment, but other than that I was the only patron. Still the lady at the counter never spoke. Ok.
I may go back. Probably only if I’m back at Inner Bean, I certainly won’t make a special trip.
