Went to this att store to buy a new phone. Instructed them to ship to store because I live close by and might not be home to accept a ups delivery. Was told 2 – 3 business days. A week later, I’ve yet to receive a call to come pick up. As is turns out, I’m required to track down the phone on my own through ups and go pick it up. Once it was shipped, the store or any att rep can do nothing. My advice, go to the store to look and touch, but order yourself online.

Thank god these guys got a new manager! I have never gotten better service at any phone store then I did here the last couple days. The new manager and co workers were fabulous helping me get all the paper work printed and sent to insurance so get my new phone. I previously went to the Lafayette store and the girl there didn’t help me at all. I’m so happy we finally got a phone store in Martinez. I will never go to the other spots again!
