My Buyer clients typically are referred to me and find me to be diligent and thorough in evaluating their budget, wishes and needs to find the best property for them and negotiating on their behalf to purchase the property for the best price and terms.

I have lived on Cape Cod since 1972, after graduating from Ohio University and travelling after graduation. I later received my Masters Degree in Library Science from Simmons College and worked in Public Libraries until starting my Real Estate Career. My work as a Librarian prepared me well for the real estate business-​giving me tools for research and guidance beneficial for my clients in their search for property on Cape Cod.

I have lived in Cotuit since 1996, and lived in Marstons Mills for 20 years before that. I have deep roots in these communities, volunteering and participating in many community groups and events.

I love to travel and that brings me a greater appreciation for my Cape Cod and Cotuit home. This joy translates to my Real estate work, as I successfully and enthusiastically represent property I list for sale and as well as the property my Buyers view
