History
Established in 2009.
In the 1940’s, at the same location as the current Spot Pizza, there was a small restaurant called the Spot Café. It was a local establishment that served simple foods like hamburgers. They also had a dance floor and offered gambling. Today, the Spot has a large menu serving much more than pizza. Although you might see a few employees «dancing», they do not have gambling. The closest thing to gambling now are the names of the house pizza combos. Royal Flush, Four of a Kind, Full House and etc. The Spot also has a park and pavilion used for special events and parties. Marsing is only 30 – 35 minutes from Boise, and is an easy drive in the country. The 3 miles before you get to the Spot, you’ll drive through Sunnyslope, have a fantastic view of the Owyhee Mountains and the Snake River. Stop in at the Spot — it’s the first building on the right after you cross the Snake River bridge in Marsing.
Meet the Business Owner
Susan C.
Business Owner
Susan and Steve Watson, native Idahoans, have always loved to cook. After managing businesses in Oregon for years, the opportunity to move back home came and so did the Spot PIzza. They both believe in friendly service, top quality ingredients and consistancy. They also offer gluten free items, which are all made onsite. Homemade soups and desserts round out the menu.
