H & W Honda Yamaha

I downloaded the Unilocal app just to write this review. I will NEVER do business with these guys again, which is sad, due to the fact that I’ve known all the guys there for quite a while, as well as spent a lot of my hard earned money with them. Just recently I took my Harley down to them to put a tube in the front tire for me. Why would I take my Harley to them you ask? Well, I live within walking distance of the honda shop, and I work seven days a week as a contractor, so I don’t have all the time to be taking it anywhere else, as well as the fact they assured me it would be very easy just to change the tube out. Upon return to the honda shop a few hours later, they brought me in the shop and explained to me I had a bent rotor and it was like that when I brought it in. I took their word for it, considering I had only had the bike less than a year at this point. So after they charged me $ 140 just to put a tube in the tire I get my bike home and realize I have no front brake at all almost causing me to wreck my bike. Upon further inspection the axle bracket wasn’t properly tightened after they put my tire back on. If I would have just taken them at face value and went riding, I could have possibly died. When I returned to inform them of their shortcomings, they assured me they weren’t responsible for the rotor and they would gladly tighten the bracket for me free of charge. It wasn’t about tightening the bracket. I can get my 14 year old daughter to properly do something like that. It’s about them fixing what they broke, which they refused to do. So in the future I will never do business with them again, and I will warn anyone I can not to as well, due to the fact that I will go out of my way to support local businesses, but not at the cost of my own safety, or the safety of someone I love. This place is UNRELIABLE.
